Sahib Dudani, CEO
Dr. Sahib Dudani is the Founder, President, and CEO of eWorkplace Manufacturing, Inc., a group of software and services companies he founded in 2000 focused on the manufacturing and distribution industries. A lifelong entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience leading innovation in the technology industry, Dr. Dudani brings deep industry knowledge, expertise, and a clear understanding of the challenges confronting manufacturers and distributors. Dr. Dudani holds a doctorate in Engineering and takes great pleasure in mapping solutions to complex problems with technology that performs as simply as possible.
Srinivas Tadepalli, Chief Product Architect
Mr. Tadepalli leads OptiProERP’s overall product development and platform strategy. With more than 30 years of experience leading successful software and IT companies, Mr. Tadepalli has worked with many ERP products, including custom-built and best-in-class industry solutions like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP Business One. Mr. Tadepalli’s passion for technology and deep industry knowledge inform his understanding of customer business problems and his ability to develop unique solutions that deliver genuine value.
Sudi Gummi, General Manager, US Operations
Mr. Gummi leads strategy, operations, and growth for OptiProERP. His experience includes managing programs from definition to implementation to increase growth, efficiency, and impact. Previously, Mr. Gummi, a management consultant at PwC, focused on business and digital transformation strategy projects for Fortune 500 companies and was responsible for leading engagement teams and overall delivery, developing and managing client relationships, and generating new business.
Geraldina Pufnock, General Manager, LATAM Operations
Ms. Pufnock manages the LATAM operations for OptiProERP. She is an SAP Certified Business Intelligence Consultant and is certified in SAP Business One. Ms. Pufnock has over 25 years of executive experience and a corporate finance background. She is an expert in conducting studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of various business units and performing cost and financial analyses. She has a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics from the University of Maryland.
Joshua Douglass, VP of Finance and Administration
Mr. Douglas manages customer contracts and customer-related financial transactions. His role also involves establishing and adjusting organizational processes and internal controls to improve performance for OptiProERP. Mr. Douglas is an MBA graduate from Cal State Fullerton.
Pratik Odhavia, Pre-Sales Lead
Pratik has an undergraduate degree as an Engineer in Computer Science and a graduate degree in Management. He is an SAP Business One certified functional consultant with over ten years of experience in design, implementation, and managing complex SAP Business One projects in the United States, Canada, and Africa. Pratik has worked with companies from many industries, including Discrete Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution, Transportation and Logistics, and Oil and Gas. He enjoys keeping up-to-date on the latest technological advances like generative AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data.
Cesar Martin, Smart Factory Managing Director
Mr. Martin is responsible for implementing Industry 4.0 and cutting-edge technology into our products to benefit our small to midsize customers. Our team, under his command, has developed ERP agnostic Smart Factory, a cloud-based Manufacturing Operations Management (M.O.M.) system that helps customers anticipate and respond faster to changing variables and market requirements. Mr. Martin has a passion for innovation, extensive experience in various leadership roles with SAP, and a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of different manufacturing environments.
Anil Gursahani, Director of ERP Services and Support
Mr. Gursahani leads customer support and cloud operations for OptiProERP, focusing on customer success and system benefits. Mr. Gurshani has over 20 years of experience implementing ERP systems. He has domain experience across ERP solutions, CRM, and infrastructure technology. He is knowledgeable about process and discrete manufacturing with an extensive ERP service and support background, overseeing and implementing manufacturing ERP systems.
