Allan Lessing – General Manager
Allan is a seasoned executive with more than 40 years of leadership experience in enterprise software, manufacturing, operations, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations optimize operations, accelerate growth, and successfully implement ERP, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Field Service solutions across North America and international markets. His expertise spans executive leadership, operational excellence, strategic sales, channel development, and end-to-end digital transformation.
Before joining OptiPro and Smart Factory as General Manager, Allan held senior leadership positions with leading ERP and technology organizations, including BWISE, Jeeves Information Systems, Coresystems, HansaWorld, and KnowledgePath Consulting. Most recently, he led operations and sales at BWISE, where he was responsible for driving operational excellence, customer success, and revenue growth for SAP Business One and warehouse management solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully led business turnarounds, global expansion initiatives, manufacturing optimization projects, ERP implementations, and channel development strategies, helping manufacturers and distributors achieve measurable operational improvements.
