“All of our inventory counts are manual and we have no digital background at all,” Martin said. “So when we do inventory counts, it’s all done with pencil and paper. Any time you do manual counts, there are always errors. With OptiPro Manufacturing’s workflow automation, that won’t happen.”

With all data housed in one system, anyone will be able to find and deliver order statuses instantly without physically having to track down a purchase order and walk to the manufacturing floor to learn where an order stands on the production schedule.

“With OptiPro Manufacturing we plan on creating a customer portal so customers can sign in and see and track orders, which will automate the process,” Martin said. “We will be able to give them a better timeline and set expectations appropriately. In addition, we’ll be able to see everything and be more transparent.”
